Born in Honduras and of German-Jewish descent Natalia is the daughter of a diplomat and a psychologist, learning early on how to transpose etiquette and human behavior to create real life characters. Her international flair and multi-lingual skills (fluent in Spanish, French, Italian & English), come from being educated around the world - the Sorbonne, American Academy of Dramatic Arts East, NYU, The University of London, and The British Film Institute. Since she was 14 years old she has devoted her life to the crafts of Acting, Directing, and Screenwriting, which has culminated in founding the Los Angeles Performing Arts Conservatory and Natalia Lazarus Productions.

Getting her start on the New York Stage - she has acted, directed, and produced more than 35 stage plays. Her acting career in television includes several soap operas, ranging from Port Charles to The Bold and the Beautiful; as well as appearances in over 22 commercials; including being the voice for Estee Lauder.

My Story
Of current note, she penned the the book, My Love Affair of Thorns and Roses: An Unforgettable Romance in Verse – Central Park South Publishing, the One Woman Show - Birthday Girl which premiered at the Edinburgh International Theatre Festival, will have its Spanish debut in Mexico City in 2021, Remains of a Nation - Latino Selection at the Short & Sweet Festival, set to film in 2021, the screenplay A Year in Picasso, the pilot Surrender Your Weapons, currently in development. Presently, Natalia is finishing up the book The Actors Key and working on the novel version of A Year in Picasso.
Natalia's current passion is returning to film and television from behind the camera, creating character driven dramas with international story lines that combine history, theatre, poetry, art, and above all, a sense of risk and "je ne sais quoi", transposed into an auteur's cinematic vision.
